Benchmarking for Fees and Costs

Owners Corporations come in many sizes and configurations, some Class A, some Class B, with widely different facilities in their common property.  This project seeks to establish some benchmarking in respect of costs and fees to assist owners in annual budgeting. It is to be hoped that it would also be of considerable help in long-range budgeting, ie sinking fund planning.

This project is in its early days yet. Limited input received so far indicates that one very difficult area relates to Class A units that have lifts installed. The convener is gathering information on how many members this applies to and would appreciate any intelligence you can offer.

This is a fairly long-term project with a lot of effort involved, so patience please!
